Caring People – ‘Going the extra mile’ to ensure quality
At Caring People we understand how important it is to provide you with the best possible quality of new recruits. Every candidate put forward by us for interview with a potential employer will first have been carefully ‘screened’ by Caring People.
Their experience, qualifications and, above all, suitability for the job, will have been thoroughly checked. In the case of candidates from overseas, we will ensure they have a good standard of spoken and written English.
We will ensure that all ID documents, employment references and home country criminal record clearance documents are obtained before arrival. We will also assist with CRB Disclosure applications.
4 ways to recruit good staff
We have four “tried and tested” ways in which you can recruit staff:
- A two- or three-day recruitment trip to Poland. Up to 15 candidates a day can be interviewed face-to-face at our interview centres in Warsaw, Krakow, Katowice and Gdansk.
- Face-to-face interviews at our interview centre in London, where up to 15 candidates can be interviewed in one day.
- Telephone interviews – the most cost-effective and potentially the quickest way of recruiting small numbers of staff who currently live overseas.
- Face-to-face at your own care home if the applicant lives within a reasonable distance.
We can supply the following staff to work in the elderly frail and learning disability care sectors:
- Nurses with UK pin numbers
- Senior care assistants
- Care assistants
- LD support workers
- Ancillary staff
Caring People Recruitment will only offer you applicants who:
- speak good English
- have a good CV
- have good references
- have ‘clean’ criminal record checks
